第1条（サービスの概要）
GHOSTNOTE株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「MyArrange」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ダーツのアレンジをメモし、他のユーザーと共有できるサービスです。
本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2条（利用資格）
本アプリは年齢制限なくご利用いただけます。13歳未満のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。
本アプリは匿名認証を使用しており、アカウント登録は不要です。
第3条（ユーザーコンテンツ）
ユーザーが投稿するアレンジメモ等のコンテンツについて、以下のとおりとします。
- コンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。
- 投稿することで、当社および他のユーザーがアプリ内でそのコンテンツを表示・利用することを許諾するものとします。
- 投稿されたコンテンツは他のユーザーにも公開されます。
- 当社は、公序良俗に反するコンテンツを予告なく削除できるものとします。
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 公序良俗に反するコンテンツの投稿
- 他のユーザーへの誹謗中傷・ハラスメント
- 本アプリのシステムへの不正アクセス・改ざん
- スパム行為・大量投稿
- 商業目的での無断利用
- 法令に違反する行為
第5条（課金・広告）
本アプリは無料でご利用いただけますが、広告が表示されます。
- 広告解除：アプリ内課金により広告を非表示にできます。課金はApple App Store / Google Play Storeを通じて処理されます。
- 返金：各ストアの返金ポリシーに従います。
- 購入の復元：同一のApple ID / Googleアカウントで「購入を復元」機能によりご利用いただけます。
第6条（データの取扱い）
- アレンジメモは端末にローカル保存されます。
- 投稿されたアレンジはFirebase（Google LLC）のサーバーに保存されます。
- 本アプリはFirebase匿名認証を使用しており、個人を特定する情報は収集しません。
- 詳細は別途プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第7条（免責事項）
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は以下について責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害
- サービスの一時停止・中断により生じた損害
- ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの内容
第8条（サービスの変更・終了）
当社は、予告なく本アプリの機能を変更、またはサービスを終了することができます。サービス終了時には、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Overview)
MyArrange (the "App") is provided by GHOSTNOTE Inc. ("we" or "us") and allows users to record darts checkout arrangements and share them with other users.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
The App is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental consent. No account registration is required as the App uses anonymous authentication.
Article 3 (User Content)
- You retain copyright ownership of content you post.
- By posting, you grant us and other users a license to display and use that content within the App.
- Posted content is visible to other users.
- We may remove content that violates public order or morals without prior notice.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
You agree not to:
- Post content that violates public order or morals
- Harass or defame other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to or tampering with the App
- Send spam or make excessive posts
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Violate any applicable laws
Article 5 (Purchases & Advertising)
The App is free but displays advertisements.
- Ad Removal: Ads can be removed via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refunds: Subject to the respective store's refund policy.
- Restore Purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID or Google account after changing devices.
Article 6 (Data Handling)
- Arrangement notes are stored locally on your device.
- Posted arrangements are stored on Firebase (Google LLC) servers.
- The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Damages arising from use of the App
- Damages caused by service interruptions
- Content posted by users
Article 8 (Changes & Termination)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any discontinuation.
Article 9 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
