プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

GHOSTNOTE株式会社（以下「当社」）は、「MyArrange」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 収集する情報

自動的に収集される情報

氏名、住所、電話番号
メールアドレス
クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報（課金処理はApp Store / Google Playが管理）

写真・カメラ・マイクへのアクセス

本アプリのサービス提供および機能改善
コミュニティ機能（みんなのアレンジ）の提供
広告の表示
不正利用の防止
お問い合わせへの対応

4. 情報の保存場所

5. 第三者サービスへの情報提供

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータが処理されます。

Firebase（Google LLC）：匿名認証、Firestoreデータ保存、Analytics

App Store / Google Play（Apple Inc. / Google LLC）：サブスクリプション課金の処理（当社は決済情報を受け取りません）

6. データの保持期間

ローカルデータ：アプリのアンインストールまたはデータ削除操作を行うまで保持
Firestoreデータ：退会処理を行うまで保持
広告識別子：OSの設定に準じます

7. データの削除方法（退会処理）

設定画面の「データを削除する」から、以下のデータを完全に削除できます。

デバイス内のすべてのアレンジメモおよび設定
Firebase AuthenticationのユーザーUID
Firestore上のいいね情報

なお、コミュニティに投稿されたアレンジデータは、他ユーザーとの共有データとして残る場合があります。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の方の個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービスの変更等に伴い、予告なく改定する場合があります。改定後のポリシーはアプリ内またはウェブサイト上に掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

GHOSTNOTE Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application "MyArrange" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Your data may be processed in accordance with each service's privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Local data: Retained until the app is uninstalled or you perform a data deletion
Firestore data: Retained until you perform account deletion
Advertising identifiers: Subject to your OS privacy settings

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all data associated with the App by tapping "Delete Data" in the Settings screen. This will permanently delete:

All arrange notes and settings stored on your device
Your Firebase Authentication user record (UID)
Your like data stored on Firestore

Please note that arrange content previously shared with the community may remain as shared community data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website.
